This is first and at this moment only one application for the results-oriented variable salary (pay) calculation for smartphones, tablets and Windows desktop.
This application will help you calculate results-oriented and/or tasks-related variable salary (pay).
If you are planning your activity and goals which are defined by the key performance indicators (KPI) and if you can evaluate tasks, competence, consumers feedback etc., this application will be the powerful tool motivating the team in particular and your employees in general and will help you to neglect the so called "human factor" when calculating salaries of the employees who earn result-related wages that depend on the achieved results of the company.
This program is based on an algorithm which evaluates goal achieving effectiveness when goals are defined by KPI of the company. User can:
- Select language (English, Lithuanian, Russian);
- Create list of employees;
- Create list of indicators;
- Create list of tasks;
- Archive the evaluations and salaries of employees;
- Export data to Excel and then to share, save or print.
